3. Accounts and Sign-In
Vital may allow account access through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information where the app asks for it.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access
Some or all core features of Vital may require an active subscription.
Subscription purchase and renewal are handled through the platform on which you subscribe, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, where applicable.
Prices, trial availability, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by platform, region, or offer.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
If you cancel, your access normally continues through the end of the current billing period, subject to the policies of the billing platform.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you subscribed through Apple, you manage cancellations and refund requests through Apple.
If you subscribed through Google Play, you manage cancellations and refund requests through Google Play, subject to their applicable policies.
We do not control platform billing systems and cannot guarantee refunds when billing is handled by a third-party app store.

You agree not to:
- Use Vital for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the app or its backend services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
- Misrepresent your identity or subscription status
- Use the app in a way that could damage our systems or other users

Vital is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only.
Vital does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- score calculations or progress projections will meet your expectations
- reminders will always be delivered at the exact expected time
- the app will be compatible with every device, operating system, or store environment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app.
